What’s In It For You

You will play a fundamental role in helping to disrupt the debt collection business and achieving our ambitious client acquisition objectives. You will develop new inside sales skills and have plenty of opportunity to advance your career within an emerging Sales Team. You must be comfortable making tons of calls per day, working with Account Executives, generating interest with clients, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Essential Duties

  • Hunt for and create demand for new business

  • Qualify client prospects generated by marketing campaigns and activities for the organization through direct phone calls, emails and social media

  • Create a great first impression with our prospects and clients by providing them with a world class experience

  • Stay informed of current events in our target accounts and the industry at large in order to understand how TrueAccord services can best add value for prospective clients.

  • Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline who in turn will help develop your skills

  • Route and share details about qualified opportunities with Account Executives for further development and closure

  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to nurture client interest in TrueAccord

  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University

  • 1-2 Years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (Software sales is a plus)

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • High energy and positive attitude

  • Ability to take initiative

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong desire to be in FinTech sales

  • Prior inside sales experience a plus

  • Experience being held to metrics a plus

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
